The property has been nicely styled & sleeps 5 people (2 double & 1 sofa bed).

 

Downstairs:

You'll find a lounge with a sofa (this is a sofa bed), armchair, coffee table & small dining table. There is a separate kitchen & WC.

 

Upstairs:

Two bedrooms with double beds along with a family bathroom hosting a shower over the back and a WC.

 

Outside:

There’s space for a max of 2 cars in the shared driveway. Visible from the drive, you’ll see a large lawn, this is shared by our 2 other holiday lets on the same site, there’s enough space for all.

 

There is 1 flight of stairs. The property is set over 2 floors.

 

The Cottage is within the grounds of 2 other cottages, each designed to be as private as possible. This property is divided by another with an interlocking door from which there is the potential for noise, this door can be unlocked to the 5-bedroom house next door for larger parties who wish to occupy both - if interested, please get in touch!

 

Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in. The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and bed linen.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -

Quiet hours 10pm - 8am

A refundable security deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in. 

CCTV is used for outside the property.

 

We would recommend hiring or bringing your own transport to see all the area has to offer, parking is right outside. Here are some recommendations:

The city of Norwich is 15-20 mins drive away where you will find something for all the family. The historic town of Aylsham is a 10-minute drive away with the quint town of Holt just 20-minute drive, definitely worth a visit with it's shops & dining options! Discover the beautiful Norfolk coast line with a choice of coastal towns and beaches to visit.
