With one designated parking space, there's the option to jump on a bus straight into the City Centre, go back in time & visit Norwich Castle or tickle your taste buds on the Market with an abundance of independent food stalls. Alternatively, drive to Whitlingham Broad, complete the circular route - approx 3.9km walk.
Property Details
The ground-floor apartment has been styled nicely with comfort in mind. Sleeping 3 people (1 double, 1 sofa bed).
You’ll find a living & dining room with sofa (sofa bed), dining table & smart TV (you will need to log into your own streaming app log ins). A bedroom with double bed. A modern kitchen & bathroom with a shower over the bath & WC.
At the back of the property there is a garden with patio which is private to this apartment & behind this / garages there is one designated parking space.
The property is on one level.
There is another holiday apartment on the first-floor, please get in touch should you wish to book this also.
Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in. The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and bed linen.
We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -

Quiet hours 10pm - 8am
A refundable security deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in.
