Renovated in February 2025, this spacious apartment is finished to a high standard with brand-new furnishings, fittings, and a thoughtful layout to suit families and groups.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, the property includes two double bedrooms, one twin room, and a sofa bed in the lounge. There are two bathrooms, including a modern ensuite with walk-in wardrobe in the principal bedroom, plus a second high-spec shower room.

With a bright bay-window lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and a central location close to Cromer’s shops, restaurants, and seaside attractions, this is the ideal base for exploring the coast.

Please note: the apartment is located on the first floor and accessed via a communal staircase (no lift).

Living Area:

The living room offers a cosy place to unwind, with a comfortable sofa (sofabed), Smart TV, and a large bay window that lets in plenty of natural light. It's a great space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the local area.

Guests have exclusive access to the full apartment. Please note, this is a third-floor flat accessed via a communal staircase — there is no lift in the building.

All check-in details will be emailed at 3pm the day before your arrival, and self-check-in is available for flexibility. The cleaning fee covers professional preparation, with freshly laundered towels and bed linen for every guest.

To help us keep the apartment in excellent condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • No parties or events

  • No candles

A refundable security deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in and returned promptly after your stay, subject to a standard inspection.
