There’s a comfortable living area with a sofa and Smart TV, a modern bathroom with shower and WC, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances and generous storage — perfect for self-catering seaside breaks.

Located on Cromer High Street, the apartment offers easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything the town has to offer.


Please note: the apartment is on the third floor, accessed via a communal staircase (no lift).

Living Area:

The open-plan living space is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV (guests are welcome to log into their own streaming accounts). Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the sea views offer a beautiful backdrop to your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the full apartment. Please note, this is a third-floor flat accessed via a communal staircase — there is no lift in the building.

All check-in details will be emailed at 3pm the day before your arrival, and self-check-in is available for flexibility. The cleaning fee covers professional preparation, with freshly laundered towels and bed linen for every guest.

To help us keep the apartment in excellent condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

  • No pets

  • No parties or events

  • No candles

A refundable security deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in and returned promptly after your stay, subject to a standard inspection.
