🌿 House Guidelines

 

To help ensure everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and to respect our neighbours and the surrounding countryside, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules.

  • The lead guest must be 25 years of age or over.

  • The lead guest must provide valid photo identification to the host at the time of booking.

  • The property can accommodate a maximum of 28 guests at any one time.

  • Parking is available for up to 12 vehicles in the designated parking areas.

  • Pets are welcome with prior approval from the host.

  • Ashmans Hall is located in a rural setting with nearby and adjoining residential neighbours. Please be considerate of others at all times and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during arrivals and departures.

  • Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00.

  • The hot tub and any outdoor music may only be used outside of quiet hours.

  • Outdoor music must only be played in the designated areas at the rear of the property and should be kept at a reasonable level.

  • External structures such as gazebos or bouncy castles – Not permitted, unless with prior written approval

  • Candles, PA systems, fireworks, sky lanterns, lighting rigs and live music are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

  • Please observe the 5 mph speed limit on the access track and throughout the property.

  • If arranging deliveries or taxis, please ask drivers to switch off their engines while waiting and avoid using their horns.

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required during their stay.
